It has been submitted at the end of learned counsel for the Bihar State Road Transport Corporation that all kinds of dues have already been paid to the petitioner in the light of direction given by the Hon'ble Apex Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a liberty be given to the petitioner to make representation in case
