The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No.43 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are said to have assaulted the informant by means of garasa and lathi. Petitioner No.1, Shashikant is also said to have tried to outrage the modesty of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1963 of 2022(2) dt.13-07-2022 2/2 case. It is further submitted that there is land dispute between the parties. The injuries are simple in nature. It is lastly submitted that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail application. The learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Taking into consideration the fact there is land dispute between the parties and the injuries are simple in nature, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Danapur in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No.43 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
