The present petition was filed with a prayer to initiate contempt proceeding against opposite parties on an allegation of disobedience to an interim order passed on interlocutory application which was filed in CWJC No. 3440 of 1998. The order which was interlocutory in nature was passed on 26.8.1998. Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that the main writ petition i.e. CWJC No. 3440 of 1998 has already been finally disposed of on 19.8.1999 itself.

Patna High Court MJC No.3223 of 1998 (5) dt.10-01-2017 2/2 The court is of the opinion that since the main writ petition has already been finally disposed of , there is no necessity to keep the present matter pending. The court is not inclined to interfere with the matter.

The petition stands disposed of.
