Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 385, 387, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that the mobile used in this case has been recovered from possession of the petitioner and also taking note of this fact that petitioner carries criminal antecedent of several cases of similar nature, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 09 of 2015 pending in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24055 of 2016 (3) dt.22-07-2016 2/2 the court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri at Sitamarhi stands rejected.
