According to him, he has completed all the necessary formalities, yet he has not been issued the dealership due to which the shop remains nonfunctional. The learned counsel for the State assures the Court that the Sub-Divisional Officer, Jhanjharpur, DistrictMadhubani shall take necessary action at the earliest.
