4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. Petitioner is separate in mess and property and has got no concern with the affairs of couple. Informant is not eye-witness to the occurrence. As a matter of fact, the deceased and her husband were pressurizing for partition of ancestral property and when this petitioner refused to do so, the deceased committed suicide and this false and concocted case has been lodged by brother of deceased. Husband of deceased has not been made accused in this case, which itself shows ill motive of the informant. Allegation is general and omnibus. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 25.07.2024. Chargesheet has been submitted.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners.
6. However, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.S.
