2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 352, 351 (2), 223, 225 & 76of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 25(1)(A) & 30 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, on 28.07.2024 at 7:00 AM, while the informant was at his house, this petitioner alongwith co-accused Anuj Kumar Singh, armed with Daab and Katta, came at the door of informant and started abusing him and also were adamant to kill informant and his family, but anyhow informant could save his life and his family members. The informant has further alleged in the FIR that in past also, accused persons have committed such offence.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both parties are close door neighbours and petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to petty dispute. Accusation levelled against this petitioner is general and omnibus. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - VI, Saran at Chapra in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 251 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
