JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 29-05-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State through virtual court proceeding. The petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No. 40 of 2019 registered for offences under sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. In this case, the petitioner is the husband of the victim lady who become traceless from the house of the petitioner.

A plea has been taken by the counsel for the petitioner that after a long delay, the present F.I.R. has been lodged.

The victim lady was living along with the petitioner and, thus, it is well known to him about her whereabouts. Accordingly, an apprehension has been shown by

Looking to the nature of allegation made against the petitioner as also considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, above named, is rejected.
