Patna High Court CWJC No.4808 of 2021(17) dt.23-04-2025 2/2 submitted that during pendency of the present writ petition certain developments have taken place to the extent that disputed amount is stated to have been remitted with the respondent. Resultantly, the present petition do not survive for consideration. Accordingly, the present CWJC No. 4808 of 2021 stands disposed of as it has become infructuous.
