JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-03-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, petitioner was caught red handed with stolen motorcycle and earlier his prayer for bail was rejected by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 03.08.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47728 of 2018 giving liberty to petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after four months. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is renewing his prayer for bail much after four months.
