The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 255, 256, 257, 258, 259, 260, 420, 467 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The police on secret information raided the house in Khemnichak and apprehended the petitioner and other accused persons. The petitioner and other accused persons were found printing fake non-judicial stamps. Huge quantity of non-judicial stamps, machines etc. were recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Ranjeet Kumar who is the kingpin of the offence was not arrested on the spot. The petitioner is a labourer. Ranjeet Kumar had already been enlarged on bail by the learned court below.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10704 of 2015 (5) dt.19-08-2015 2/2 It appears that the petitioner was apprehended on the spot while printing fake non-judicial stamps and prayer for bail of similarly situated co-accused Munna Sah, Hemkant Chaudhary have already been rejected.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

However, the trial court is directed to conclude the same within six months from the date of receipt of this order. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
