JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) For a direction to the respondent authorities to promote the petitioner on the post of Administrative Officer, Bihar State Shia Waqf Board, Patna as it is a vacant post. (ii) For a direction to the respondent authorities to hand over the Charge of Administrative Officer, Bihar State Shia Waqf Board, Patna to the petitioner."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Chairman, Bihar State Shia Waqf Board, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed, within a period of two weeks from today, the Chairman, Bihar State Shia Waqf Board, Patna shall dispose off the same by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
