1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to the opposite party no.2 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-Vth, Hilsa (Nalanda) vide order dated 05.12.2023 passed in Sessions Trial No.60 of 2023 arising out of Telhara P.S. Case No.58 of 2022.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with the direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection with Telhara P.S. Case No.58 of 2022.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Cr. Misc. Application stands disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to take steps for early disposal of the trial in connection with Telhara P.S. Case No.58 of 2022.
