Paragraph No. 9 of the counter affidavit reflects that the petitioner never filed petition in pursuance to

Patna High Court CWJC No.16278 of 2006 (02) dt.04-02-2015 2/2 Advertisement No. 01 of 2006, hence, the petitioner could not be empanelled for appointment on Class IV post.

In view of the above stand of the respondents, this Court finds no merit in the application. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
