The petitioners are languishing in custody since 04.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 47(a) of the Excise Act.
From the Nano car of petitioner no. 1, 500 sachets of 260 ml. each country made liquor were recovered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that admittedly there is no recovery from petitioner no. 2 and both petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6843 of 2015 (02) dt.23-02-2015 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar Town P.S. Case No. 05 of 2015.
