The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 143 (i) of the Railway Act.

Allegation is that e-ticket of Railway was being booked from the referred I.D. in the name of Quasim Khan. The payment was being made to the Railway from the bank account of this petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that the petitioner is a female, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be
