The petitioners have filed the instant application for grant of anticipatory bail apprehending their arrest in connection with Makhdumpur P.S Case no. 192 of 2019 registered for the offence under sections 341, 323, 332, 353, 384, 186, 188, 171C, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the allegation in the FIR, while the informant was inspecting the work done under different schemes of the government, it is stated that one Karan Singh and the two petitioners herein started to abuse and threatened that unless

It is further stated that when the informant tried to pacify the matter, they abused and beat him up. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the case of the petitioners stands on a similar footing to that of co-accused Karan Singh who has been enlarged on anticipatory bail by order dated 24.7.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 45594 of 2019. It is further submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and the allegations are general and omnibus in nature.
The application for bail has been opposed by learned APP for the State.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the Court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Makhdumpur P.S Case no. 192 of 2019 are directed to be enlarged on bail on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000.- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad subject to the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.955 of 2020(2) dt.26-02-2020 3/3 conditions as laid down in section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
