Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge, Lakhisarai in Sessions trial no. 35/2014 arising out of Kiul Rail P.S. Case no. 69/2014.
