No 4274/2013 which stood dismissed against the respondent nos. 6 to 8 therein for non compliance of the order dated 7.5.2014, which was eventually complied on 15.5.2014 according to the petitioner.

On being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in this application, the date of compliance of order dated 7.5.2014 is extended till 15.5.2014 and the C.W.J.C. No 4274/2013 is restored to its original file subject to the condition that the order

Patna High Court MJC No.3140 of 2016 (3) dt.07-12-2016 2/2 dated 7.5.2014 has fully been complied by 15.5.2014. Let notices go upon the concerned respondents on the basis of the requisites filed by the petitioner.
