Petitioner is accused in connection with Kashichak (Shahpur) P.S. Case No. 08 of 2017 registered under Sections 394, 411 of the I.P.C. and 25(1-b)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused person has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 14835 of 2018 on 04.04.2018.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M.,
