1. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the prayer for bail with respect to the petitioner no. 1.

2. Permission is granted.

3. The application is dismissed as withdrawn with respect to the petitioner no. 1.

4. Heard the parties.

5. The petitioner no. 2 seeks regular bail in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 93 of 2023 dt: 01.05.2023 registered under Section 304(B) / 201, 34 of the I.P.C.

6. The allegation against the petitioner no. 2, who is the

No.1060 of 2025(3) dt.27-02-2025 2/3 mother-in-law of the deceased is that on 26.05.2022 the informant's daughter: Manju Kumari was married to Jitendra Pandit (petitioner no. 1) and informant's daughter disclosed that the accused persons started demanding dowry within two months of the marriage. On 21.04.2023 the informant's daughter was killed by pressing her neck and dead body was clandestinely cremated.

7. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the father-in-law of the deceased namely, Rama Pandit @ Ramu Pandit has been enlarged on bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this court in Cr. Misc. No. 70793 of 2023 by order dated 30.11.2023. The petitioner no. 2 is the mother-in-law of the deceased aged about 55 years.

Regard being had to the submissions made by the parties, taking into consideration the fact that the father-in-law of the deceased has been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court and the petitioner no. 2 is the mother-in-law and is in custody since 29.09.2024, as such, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner no. 2.

9. Let the petitioner no. 2, above named, be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
