2. Mr. Jai Vardhan Narayan, learned Advocate for the petitioner fairly contended that with respect to the land in question, the bonafide purchaser of some of the portion of the land has preferred Title Suit No. 34 of 2019 wherein the petitioner and the private respondent no. 5 have been made defendant.

3. The issue raised before this Court shall be governed by the issue raised in the afore noted Title Suit and, as such, he seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue his remedy available before the competent court in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9139 of 2018(2) dt.26-09-2024 2/2 afore-noted Title Suit.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
