The present writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities for unsealing the premises of the petitioner appertaining to Holding Nos.194, 194B, 194C, 194D, measuring an area 4000 square feet situated at New Market area in the District of Samastipur.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner wants to withdraw this application with a liberty to

Patna High Court CWJC No.15835 of 2016 (2) dt.21-03-2017 pursue the authority concerned for disposal of the representation dated 13.08.2015, filed before respondent no.4, the SubDivisional Magistrate, Samastipur, as contained in annexure-7. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
