The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 692 of 2014 arising out of Kotwali P.S.Case No. 134 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under sections 25(1-B)(a), 25(1-AA) and 26(i) & (ii) of the Arms Act.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court by order dated 25th September, 2014 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 34112 of 2014.

For the reasons assigned in the aforesaid order dated 25th September, 2014, I am not inclined to reconsider the application for bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, the application

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15254 of 2015 (2) dt.15-04-2015 2/2 for bail is rejected.

The court below is directed to hold the trial on day to day basis and conclude the same as early as possible, preferably within one year from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order, failing which the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
