2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act 2022 .

3 . It is alleged that 51.375 liters of Indian made Foreign liquor was recovered seized tempo and one co-accused person was apprehended on the spot.

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case . The name of petitioner transpired during course of investigation in confessional statement of co-accused person who was apprehended on the spot. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery . Petitioner has got one

Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No. V Gaya in connection with Bahera Police Station Case No. 131 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of BNS 2023 .
