2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Patna Cyber P.S. Case No. 109 of 2023 instituted under Sections 379, 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 17.9.2023 by the informant,Roushan Kumar.

As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that the petitioner who was working with the State Bank of India, Sampatchak, Patna took his account number demanded the photograph as also the photo copy of the front and back of the Credit Card and thereafter, asked for the OTP. Later, the Bank informed him that shopping worth Rs. 99,817/- has been made. When he tried to contact this petitioner, she initially did not pick up the phone but later accepted her guilt and assured

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits the informant has wrongly made allegation, purchase may have been made by him because the OTP comes to his number.
5. Learned APP on the other hand submits from the FIR, it is clear that firstly the petitioner took the photo copy of the documents and later demanded OTP from which she made purchase of Rs. 99,817/-.
6. Considering the allegation that has come against the petitioner, she does not deserve anticipatory bail which is accordingly rejected.
