2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 447, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per F.I.R., informant received an information that petitioners alongwith other co-accused persons are forcibly constructing road on the land, which is recorded in the name of informant's grandfather, and when informant reached there, the accused persons abused and assaulted him with lathi. It is also alleged that petitioner no. 2 caught hair of informant and

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to land dispute between the parties, a simple Maarpeet took place. As per injury report (Annexure -3), the injury, sustained by informant, is simple in nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate - X, Gaya in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 267 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
