Petitioner is in custody since 04.10.2016 in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 116 of 2015 arising out of Complaint case No. 1581 of 2015 registered under Sections 498-A, 406, 494/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the D.P. Act. 3.

Accusation is of torture for non fulfillment of dowry demand.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner admits his marriage with the complainant and he is ready to keep her as wife with full dignity and honour. Statement to that effect has been made in paragraph-11 of the petition.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 116 of 2015 arising out of Complaint Case No. 1581 of 2015.
