The petitioner seeks regular bail in Bikramganj P.S. Case No.47 of 2017 for the offence under Section 379 of I.P.C. There is allegation that unknown person has stolen motor cycle of the informant.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that recovery of the motor cycle has been made from petrol pump and not from the house of the petitioner or from his conscious possession. It is further submitted that the petitioner has clean antecedent and is in custody since 23.02.2017. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on
