2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous application has been filed for modification of order dated 04.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60441 of 2024.

3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that after being granted bail on 04.09.2024, the petitioner met with an accident on 05.09.2024. As a result, the doctor advised him to take bed rest for two months, and he was under the doctor's care. Consequently, he could not surrender within the stipulated time. Counsel further submits that the delay was solely due to the doctor's advice for bed rest. In this context, it is requested that an extension be granted to surrender before the Trial Court.

4. In light of the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner, Cr. Misc. No. 3469 of 2025 is hereby allowed, and the order dated 04.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60441 of 2024 is modified to the extent of extending the period of surrender by one month, counting from today. It is further made clear that the other conditions of bail shall remain the same, and no further extension shall be granted in the future. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Aman Kumar/- U T
