There was no representation for the appellants. Thereafter it was directed to be listed on 27th February, 2015 for dismissal. Again there was no representation on 27th February, 2015 and accordingly the matter was adjourned for today (13.03.2015). Record also discloses that way back on 11.5.2007, when the matter was listed, there was no representation for the appellants. Shri Ravindra Kumar Rai, learned Advocate submits that his father, who presented the appeal has since been designated as Senior Advocate and in spite of his repeated efforts, he could not get any information from the appellants.

Hence the appeal is dismissed for default.
