The petitioners seek their bail in Chanpatia (Sirisia O.P.) P.S.Case No.102 of 2013 (Trial No.83 of 2013) registered under Sections 20 and 22 of the NDPS Act.

The prayer of the petitioners was earlier rejected vide order dated 19.4.2014 passed in Cr.Misc.No.25908 of 2013 with liberty to renew their prayer for bail before the Sessions Judge after receipt of report of the Forensic Science Laboratory. The petitioners prayed for bail before the learned Sessions Judge stating that the report of the Forensic science Laboratory is not available, which was also rejected. The prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected with liberty that the petitioners may file a petition before the learned Sessions Judge, in seisin of the case, to dispose of the bail petition after obtaining the F.S.L.
