JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-02-2020 The petitioner seeks the following reliefs:- "(i) For issuance of writ / writs in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondents to immediately dissolve the present school Committee of Islamia +2 High School, Sheikhpura since the same has been running since 17 years regularly and several irregularities have been committed by the said Committee in admission as well as teaching of the students.

(iii) For commanding the Respondents as to why the present Committee is running without following the norms and conditions of the Primarily as well as the Secondary Education.

(iv) For any other writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions, order/orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper as the facts and circumstances of this case."

Faced with the settled law on the subject matter, to the effect that the Board of Secondary Education is the competent authority to suspend or dissolve the Managing Committee, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to move the Board of Secondary Education, Bihar, Patna by filing appropriate representation. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) Ajay/- U
