The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No.227 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 469, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the FIR that the petitioner posted the photographs of the daughter of the informant on social media. It is further alleged that when the informant went to the house of the petitioner to protest, the petitioner abused and assaulted him with a piece of brick causing bleeding injury in his head. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioner has got no

It is further submitted that petitioner and informant are covillagers. The allegation brought against the petitioner is totally false and concocted and no alleged sections are applicable against the petitioner. It is also submitted that nobody sustained any injury in the present case.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Banka in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No.227 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
