JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

This is an application seeking regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 341, 120(B), 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the First Information Report, when the informant was in his field, the accused persons, 5-6 in number, came and opened fire. Out of six persons, the informant identified only two including this petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation in the First Information Report that this petitioner had also opened fire. He further submits that as per the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9529 of 2015 (2) dt.04-03-2015 P2/2 First Information Report itself, no injury was caused to any one. In view of the submission as above, let the petitioner Munshi Yadav, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Lakhisarai, in connection with Halsi P.
