The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bahera P.S. Case No. 348 of 2019, G.R. No. 359 of 2019, arising out of C.R. No. 179 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., the allegation against the petitioner is that he has cheated the informant and committed forgery of the money of informant.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Only to harass the petitioner, a false case has been instituted against him. There is also inordinate delay in filing the present case and that too without any explanation. Petitioner is having no criminal antecedent. No chit of paper is there in support of the allegation.

No.2538 of 2020(3) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of accusation, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Benipur in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 348 of 2019, G.R. No. 359 of 2019, arising out of C.R. No. 179 of 2019, subject to condition, as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
