Mr. (GP4) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 21-09-2017 On 9.8.2003, considering the fact that identical questions are involved in C.W.J.C. Nos.9389 of 1998 and 9670 of 1998, the matter was directed to be listed after these petitions are decided. Now from the detailed document filed by the office vide Flag-A, it is seen that both these writ petitions have been dismissed by the Division Bench of this Court, headed by the Chief Justice on 25.11.2014 and identical questions have been answered against the petitioners.

Even though learned counsel appearing for the petitioner by inviting my attention to certain orders passed on 22.11.2002 in C.W.J.C. No.10695 of 1992 and thereafter on 20th of January, 2005 in C.W.J.C. No.7746 of 1999 makes a plea that the petitioners be also granted similar benefit, but once C.W.J.C. Nos.9389 and 9670 of 1998 have been dismissed and the prayer

Patna High Court CWJC No.1448 of 1999(5) dt.21-09-2017 2/2 for stay made by the petitioners was also rejected by this Court on 10.3.1999, no further indulgence into the matter is called for. This application is accordingly dismissed.
