3. The petitioner has moved the Court for quashing of order dated 22.09.2016, by which he has been placed under suspension.

4. Learned counsel for the State submitted that by order dated 01.08.2017, the suspension has been revoked and final order has been passed in the departmental proceeding inflicting

Patna High Court CWJC No.19672 of 2016 (2) dt.07-09-2017 2/2 certain punishment, as per his instructions taken on telephone.

5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to assail the final order passed against her in the departmental proceeding, in accordance with law, before the appropriate forum.
