At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of suppression of facts by the petitioner of one writ petition bearing CWJC No. 2796 of 2015, a coordinate

Patna High Court CWJC No.1327 of 2024(2) dt.29-04-2024 2/2 Bench of this Court has passed a judgment dated 30.06.2015, resulting in rights of the petitioner being impaired as far as possession of the land in question is concerned, hence the petitioner be granted liberty to file appropriate review petition for review of the judgment dated 30.06.2015 passed in CWJC No. 2796 of 2015.

It is needless to state that in case law permits, the petitioner is free to seek review of the aforesaid judgment dated 30.06.2015.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
