2. The stand of the University is that the order dated 09.11.2017 passed in CWJC No. 9075 of 2016 has been complied with. The same has been stated in the show cause filed on behalf

Patna High Court MJC No.1619 of 2018 dt.23-08-2019 2/2 of the Registrar of the University as also in the supplementary show cause filed by him.

3. Having regard to the materials on record, the Court finds that nothing further remains in the present application and accordingly, the same stands disposed off.

4. However, it shall be open to the petitioner to move before the University with regard to any remaining grievance which the petitioner finds, has remained unaddressed. If such a representation is filed within four weeks from today, the Registrar of the University shall look into the matter and get it verified from the records and pass a reasoned order within four weeks of filing of such representation. If it transpires that any amount is due, the same shall also be paid within four weeks of passing of the order. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J.) Anand Kr.
