2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 25.10.2024 passed by the learned Sub Judge-I, Saharsa in Title Suit No. 561 of 2021 whereby and whereunder the learned trial court rejected the application filed by the petitioner under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure (hereinafter referred to as 'the Code').

4. Apparently, against such order, civil revision would lie and the petitioner has wrongly approached this Court by filing civil miscellaneous petition.

5. In these facts and circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to convert the instant civil

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.83 of 2025(4) dt.02-07-2025 2/2 miscellaneous petition into civil revision petition under Section 115 of the Code, within three weeks.
