This case has been brought under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner for modification of one of the conditions incorporated in the order dated 11.11.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 3391 of 2019 that "bailor should be local having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned and one bailor should be the wife of petitioner".

It is submitted that wife of the petitioner is not having any immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned therefore, it is not possible for the petitioner to meet the aforesaid condition, as such said condition as far as same relates to the wife of

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 11.11.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 3391 of 2019, is modified to the extent as indicated above.
