2. The present application has been filed seeking

Patna High Court MJC No.1633 of 2018(5) dt.27-09-2023 2/3 initiation of contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for the alleged defiance of the order dated 24.07.2017 passed by the learned bench of this Court in CWJC No. 19486 of 2016.

3. The aforenoted writ petition along with other analogous cases were disposed of in terms of the order passed in CWJC No. 384/2017 (Harendra Mishra & ors. v. the State of Bihar & ors.).

4. Learned counsel for the State by filing supplementary show cause has informed this Court that against the order dated 03.08.2017 passed in CWJC No. 384 of 2017, the State has preferred Letters Patent Appeal No. 1040 of 2017 which stood dismissed. Thereafter the State has preferred Civil Review No. 59 of 2018 and the same has been allowed vide order dated 05.07.2018.

5. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that now the said Harendra Mishra & Ors. preferred S.L.P. before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and as such he prays to put up this case after disposal of the aforesaid S.L.P.

6. Considering the submission made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioners and taking note of the order having been passed by a Division Bench of this Court in Civil Review No. 59 of 2018, the present contempt petition stands

Patna High Court MJC No.1633 of 2018(5) dt.27-09-2023 3/3 disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners that in case a fresh cause of action would arise in favour of the petitioners he may file proper application before appropriate authority/Court.
