2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:
"That this writ application is being filed by the petitioner seeks indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus, directing and commanding the respondent authorities to make payment/salary of GMM School (Training Institute), Jehanabad alongwith other ancillary benefits of the petitioner from 8, December, 2018 to 31, July, 2019 and any other relief/reliefs as Your Lordships may deem fit and proper."
3. Short question for consideration is whether petitioner is entitled to payment of salary and other benefits during the
Patna High Court CWJC No.4423 of 2021 dt.01-02-2022 2/2 period from 8th December, 2018 to 31st July, 2019 or not? In this regard, petitioner submitted representations on 05.10.2018 and 08.12.2018 vide Annexure - 2. Accordingly, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to decide the petitioner's representations within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order, failing which, the petitioner is entitled to litigation cost and it is quantified @ of Rs. 10,000/-
