The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is for non-payment of salary from 01.01.1989 to 18.07.1997.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed representation before the District Education Officer, East Champaran at Motihari on 28.12.2017. The petitioner superannuated from service on 28.02.2011. Considering the fact that the petitioner has now

Patna High Court CWJC No.9635 of 2018(2) dt.01-08-2019 2/2 superannuated and he has already filed representation to the District Education Officer, Motihari for redressal of his grievance, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the District Education Officer, Motihari to dispose of the representation of the petitioner at the earliest within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

While taking decision, the respondent will also take into consideration Annexure-2 to the writ application. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
