1. The writ petition is filed seeking direction upon the respondents authorities to consider and dispose of petitioner's application dated 02.01.2017 and 13.01.2017 whereby the petitioner has requested to make inquiry against the private

Patna High Court CWJC No.9220 of 2017 dt.25-04-2025 2/3 respondent No.6 namely, Kalawati Devi, PDS Dealer, Gram Panchayat-Raj Kishunpur Lauvar and to take appropriate action, as the petitioner has obtained information under RTI, which reveals that the Issue register, Distribution register etc. of 7th respondent for the period of September, October and November, 2013 has lost.

2. It is relevant to mention that the 6th respondent as per the cause title is "The Commissioner, State Information Cell, Patna Bihar" and the 7th respondent is Kalawati Devi. However, in the relief portion it is wrongly mentioned as 6th respondent.

3. Heard the Learned counsel for the petitioner and the Learned counsel for the private respondent No. 7 and the State.

4. The writ petition is filed only to direct the respondent authorities to pass appropriate orders regarding the applications made by the petitioner on 02.01.2017 and 13.01.2017. Therefore, without going into the merits of this case, the respondent authorities are directed to pass appropriate orders,

5. With the abovesaid observation, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.
