The petitioner seeks bail in Pandaul P.S. Case No. 208 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 504, 341, 323 and 326(A) of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have thrown conc. acid causing injury to the informant on his body.

From perusal of the injury report, it appears that the informant got burn injury on different parts of his body including the neck considering the facts aforesaid I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on bail at this stage. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
