Petitioner is accused in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 326 of 2015 registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case mere on suspicion. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused persons namely, Ranjeet Ram @ Ranjeet Kumar, Sanjeet Ram @ Sanjeet Kumar and Indradeo Ram have already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 40502 of 2016 on 22.11.2016 and petitioner is in custody since 23.06.2016, having no criminal

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Ballia P.S.
