The petitioner seeks bail in Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 603 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR, but from the possession of the petitioner and Pintu Singh @ Chotu Singh the motorcycle was recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in jail since 03.01.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9081 of 2015 (2) dt.22-04-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 603 of 2014.
