The trial court has reported that charge against the petitioner has already been framed on 06.05.2016 and the case is pending for recording the prosecution evidence. Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 17.02.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55799 of 2015,taking note of this fact that the name of petitioner surfaced in the statement of injured Gajendra Rai, who stated that it was petitioner who shot fire on the deceased. Again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Session trial no. 743 of 2015 Maner P.S.Case No. 81 of 2014, pending in the Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Danapur stands rejected.
